Draft for legal review. Version 2026-10-16-draft. These terms have not been reviewed by a lawyer yet. The reviewed version will replace this page, and people on a trial will be asked to accept it in the app.
1. Who These Terms Apply To
These Trial Terms apply to every person who starts a Call Caddie trial or uses a trial organisation, and to the company they act for. They sit alongside the Terms of Service and the Privacy Notice. If these Trial Terms and the Terms of Service disagree about a trial, these Trial Terms apply.
Call Caddie is provided by Subic Global Outsourcing Incorporated (SGO). In these terms, "we" means SGO and "you" means the person using the trial and the company they represent.
2. What the Trial Includes
- A short free trial, with the length shown when you sign up. We may end or extend a trial at any time.
- One trial per company. A trial needs a work email address at your company's own domain; personal and temporary email addresses cannot start one.
- Your email address must be confirmed before the trial unlocks anything beyond setup.
- Trial limits apply, for example the number of people, published campaigns, templates and Build My Call Caddie runs. API keys, the public API, outbound webhooks, configuration export and import, sandbox organisations, the handover guide download and a full organisation export are available when you join a paid plan.
- You can always export the contacts you imported yourself.
3. The Call Caddie Framework Belongs to Us
The Call Caddie framework means the scripts, playbooks, campaign templates, objection and answer libraries, outcome and workflow logic, setup questionnaires, the IT setup kit, the screens and their structure, and the design of the API. It is our confidential information and intellectual property. A trial gives you a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use it inside Call Caddie to decide whether to buy. It gives you no right to copy it or take it away.
Content you add yourself, such as your contacts, your own scripts and your call notes, stays yours.
4. Acceptable Use
During a trial, and on any plan, you must not, and must not let anyone else:
- use bots, scripts, scrapers, crawlers, headless or automated browsers, browser extensions that collect page content, or AI agents to access, read, copy or collect anything in Call Caddie;
- use automated means to extract, download or copy the framework in bulk, or to get round any limit, quota, challenge or technical protection;
- feed the framework into an AI system to extract, summarise, rewrite or reproduce it;
- reverse engineer, decompile or take apart the software, the screens or the API, except where the law allows it and cannot be excluded;
- benchmark or study Call Caddie to build, improve or market a competing product or service;
- share, publish, sell or pass the framework, screenshots of it or copies of it to anyone outside your company;
- start more than one trial for the same company, or use false or someone else's details to start one;
- remove, hide or change the trial watermark or any other mark that identifies your trial.
Normal use by a person is always fine: reading the screens, copying a line into your own notes, printing a page for a colleague in your company, and using accessibility tools such as screen readers and magnifiers.
5. How We Protect the Service
To protect the framework we record how a trial is used: which pages and features are used and how often, the IP addresses and browsers used, and technical signs of automation reported by the app. We use this only to protect Call Caddie, to enforce these terms and to keep the service working. Content shown to a trial includes marks that identify the trial, including a visible watermark with the organisation name and the signed-in email address.
If activity looks automated we may slow the trial down, ask you to confirm it is you, or pause the trial. Paid organisations are never paused automatically; our team reviews and contacts you first.
6. If These Terms Are Broken
- We may pause or end the trial straight away, without notice, and refuse future trials for your company domain.
- We may take legal action to protect our confidential information and intellectual property, including asking a court to stop the use of copied material and claiming damages or an account of profits.
- You must delete any copy of the framework you or anyone acting for you made, and confirm in writing that you have done so if we ask.
7. When the Trial Ends
When the trial ends without a paid plan, access to the framework stops. You keep the right to export the contacts you imported for the period shown in the app. Sections 3, 4 and 6 continue to apply after the trial ends.
8. Law and Changes
To be completed by legal review: governing law, courts, limits of liability during a free trial, and how changes to these terms are notified. We will ask you to accept a new version in the app before it applies to you.
