Draft for legal review. These terms are a placeholder outline and are not yet in force. The reviewed terms will be published here and shown at sign-up before general availability.
1. The Service
SGO PeopleHub Call Caddie is a guided calling workspace provided by Subic Global Outsourcing Incorporated, trading as SGO PeopleHub ("SGO PeopleHub", "we"). These terms will describe what the service includes and how it may change.
2. Accounts and Users
To be completed: account responsibilities, administrator roles and user conduct.
3. Acceptable Use
The Call Caddie framework (scripts, playbooks, templates, objection libraries, outcome and workflow logic, setup questionnaires, the IT setup kit, the screens and the API design) is our confidential information and intellectual property. On any plan, and during a trial, you must not:
- use bots, scripts, scrapers, automated or headless browsers, or AI agents to access, collect or copy anything in Call Caddie, except through the documented public API with your own API key on a plan that includes it;
- extract, export or copy the framework in bulk, or get round any limit, quota or technical protection;
- feed the framework into an AI system to extract or reproduce it;
- reverse engineer the software, the screens or the API, except where the law allows it;
- benchmark or study Call Caddie to build or market a competing product;
- share or publish the framework outside your company.
Breaking these rules can lead to suspension, termination and legal action. The full rules for trials are in the Trial Terms and Acceptable Use.
4. Trials, Plans and Billing
Trials are covered by the Trial Terms.
Who you buy from. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service enquiries and handles returns.
Subscriptions and users. A subscription is billed monthly or yearly, in advance, per user. Users (seats) belong to your organisation: when someone leaves, you can move their seat to another person at no extra charge. The first 10 users are charged at the standard price and each user after 10 at the lower additional-user price shown on the pricing page.
Renewals. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled. Paddle takes the renewal payment and sends the receipt.
Changes. Adding users or moving from monthly to yearly takes effect straight away, with a prorated charge for the rest of the period. Reducing users takes effect at the next renewal.
Taxes. Prices are shown before tax. Paddle adds any sales tax or VAT that applies and shows it at checkout. Businesses registered for VAT or a similar tax can enter their tax number at checkout so that the reverse charge applies where the law allows.
Cancellation and refunds. You can cancel at any time from Billing in Call Caddie. Cancelling stops future payments, and you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for. You can ask for a full refund within 14 days of any payment, as set out in our Refund Policy.
Assisted Setup. Assisted Setup is an optional one-off service for paying customers: a video call with an SGO PeopleHub specialist to help your team set up Call Caddie. It is covered by the same 14-day refund window.
5. Customer Data
To be completed: ownership of customer data, the Data Processing Agreement, export and deletion.
6. Third-Party Services
To be completed: responsibilities when connecting CRMs, diallers, calendars, email and other providers.
7. Calling Compliance
To be completed: the customer's responsibility for consent, recording notices, do-not-call rules and local calling regulations.
8. Liability, Warranties and Law
To be completed: limitations of liability, warranties, governing law and dispute resolution.
